We operate eConsult, a telephone based appointment system. It can be accessed from the Home Page of this website. However, if your problem is so urgent that you feel there is risk to life that could be jeopardised by the time it takes to fill in the eConsult form, please call the surgery and if the problem meets the criteria for this, a duty doctor will be asked to call you back as soon as possible.
Such situations do not include prescription requests or symptoms that have been on-going for several days. If the problem is so urgent that you cannot wait for a call back, even for a little while, then you should access the emergency ambulance service by calling 999 or going to your nearest A&E department.
