Welcome to Magnolia House
Our Sunningdale Practice was established in 1911 and moved to Magnolia House in 1963. We all enjoy our work and find General Practice offers the best chance for us to develop lasting relationships with our patients as well as providing exciting medical challenges. We are here to help you help yourselves to better health both as individuals and families.
How to use your Doctor You are free to see any Doctors at the surgery and are not restricted to your registered Doctor named on your NHS card. We find it helps with continuity if you see the same Doctor for each episode of illness.
At the surgery consultations are mainly by appointment, usually at 10-minute intervals, but if you feel you may need more time, please discuss this with the receptionists. Patients should arrive in good time; the Doctor reserves the right to cancel any appointment that is 10 minutes overdue. We operate some emergency surgeries each week; during these times patients are only allocated rough time slots and are seen in rotation. We make every effort to deal with urgent problems on the same day.
Patient Reference Group
We are looking for Magnolia House patients to provide us with feedback about our current services. We would like to use your opinions to shape how the practice delivers your care going forward. If you would be interested in being involved we would like to invite you to email us at magnoliahousecommunications@nhs.net with your name address and date of birth expressing an interest. We will then add you to our database of patients. Patients who do not have regular access to the internet are invited to be involved by post. We can send out questionnaires with S.A.Es for your thoughts.
Please note this only applies to currently registered Magnolia House patients.
